From "Over-Giving" to Getting What You Want in Love - Free Masterclass

  • Have you felt like you need to pick up all the slack in your relationship because your partner isn’t doing what they should be doing?

  • Do you tend to offer help to a partner or others even before they ask you for it?

  • Have you felt like the responsibilities that you’ve been carrying are leading you to burnout?

  • Have you felt resentful that your partner doesn’t recognize your needs or know what to do to meet you?

  • Have you contemplated leaving a relationship because you felt like you’re needs aren’t getting met?

If you can relate—-come join us this November 15th at 6:30pm PST

Get insights and tips around how you can shift to experience a more satisfying connection in love!

Kristen is a recovering over-giver in relationships that she learned from years of modeling by other women in her family. However, as she went through her own process of recovery from giving to get, she has gained insights into how to show up more authentically in a relationship—that ultimately requires less energy and feels SO much better!!

As women, most of us have been primed from a young age to think that giving a lot in relationships is the way that we can be loving. However, in romantic relationships, over-giving or giving from a place of attempting to get more only leads to feeling bad and often results in the opposite of what we wanted.

Join us in this Masterclass where I share:

WHAT is over-giving?

WHY we do it in relationships?

HOW can you shift for a whole new experience in love?

Getting these insights and applying these tips will immediately put you on the track to experience better in love. Join other women interested to learn and grow and know that you’re not alone in this experience!

There will be a special bonus giveaway for those present at the end of the class! This class will be recorded and sent to all who register.

Listening to Understand Workshop

Do you find yourself shutting down in conflict or avoiding it all together? Would you like to feel more connected in your relationships vs. feeling like you keep circling around the same issues of conflict? Do you find yourself feeling out of control during difficult conversations or like you’re not really understood by others?

Sometimes we can find ourselves planning what we are going to say next, instead of truly listening and this can get us into trouble.

This workshop will help you to feel more confident, grounded and connected while navigating conflict, whether that’s in your most intimate relationships or with your boss at work.

Join Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer Anne McCranie and Relationship Coach Kristen Mira as we offer tools that will help you to navigate communication and conflict better. This one hour online workshop will set you on the right path to experience greater understanding and feeling more understood in your relationships.

At the end of most conversations we know more about ourselves than we know about them.

Share the Love 2020

For many of us 2020 has been a rough year.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned during this challenging season, it’s the importance of relationships.

Not just the “let’s have coffee every other month” kind when life is rolling along. The kind where I can call you at midnight to come over or the partner that I can fall apart with as I shake in the aftermath of sharing so honestly.

If you’ve recognized in the last few months that you want a new, different, better, or more connected relationships—what do you plan to do about it?

For me, there is something deeply satisfying about helping others build satisfying relationships—by learning to connect better with themselves first—and then with another.

Now, more than ever I know it’s important to share this love.

That's why I wanted to Share the Love with you! It’s my annual project to send my own love out into the world!

SO what is the Share the Love project, you ask?

It’s a month long project to gift 10 coaching conversations to 10 people around any current issue they’d like to explore in their dating or relationship lives—whether you’re single, dating, in a relationship or have been married for 30 years.

I am interested to serve women who feel like they are:

  • Wondering if they should leave a current relationship

  • Recovering from a past unhealthy relationship

  • Challenged to honor themselves in a relationship or set boundaries

  • Struggling to attract and create a good partnership

  • Want to communicate more effectively

  • Want to create more connection or passion in a relationship.

  • Need some support to get clarity in a current relationship

So what are the deets?

  •  There are 10 spots, first come, first serve.

  • The project runs September 16th - October 15th.

  • Each session is 60 minutes. (on Zoom)

  • The session will be exploratory as well as supportive and challenging

  • All feelings and experiences are welcome

You’ll come away with 3 main things:

  • 1. Clarity on your experience

  • 2. Internal shifts around an area of struggle

  • 3.Next steps towards more connection

How to receive the love?

  • Click on link below to schedule a day and time.  Use the code FINDLUV.

  • Fill out the quick questionnaire I send you.

  • Show up! There will be no re-schedules.

Absolutely no strings attached for receiving complimentary coaching! Though if you are interested to find out what coaching further with me could look like, I’ll share more.

Excited to Share the Love with you!

How to Spot Unhealthy Patterns Early in Dating

How to Spot Unhealthy Patterns Early in Dating

If you've ever gotten pretty invested in a person you were dating, only to find out later on that they had unhealthy patterns that didn't work for you, it can be discouraging. Especially if your heart's gotten pretty involved. Wouldn't it be nice to spot the signs of dysfunction earlier in the dating process to avoid wasting time or unnecessary heart break?

Come join other singles as we create a safe discussion space on Zoom (for now!) to talk about this topic.

After I (Kristen) share a few concepts, we'll discuss as a group:

*What are some of the symptoms of unhealthy patterns and how to do they show up early on?
*What are some of the dynamics that can prevent us from noticing unhealthy signs?
*How honoring our intuition and body help us discern early signs of dysfunction
*What are some phrases and ways we can gracefully handle these early signs when we experience them?

Come ready to learn and share experiences in a supportive group.

Register at the Zoom link on this event page when you RSVP.
